Therefore, in the event of cancellation with less than 60 minutes' notice, the following conditions will apply:
New customers: will lose the €22 welcome discount on their first visit.
Club Card holders: will not be able to apply the discount to their next session.
To reschedule a cancelled appointment under these conditions, 100% of the standard price (€110/€150) must be paid in advance.
In the event of a new cancellation, this payment will not be refunded.
