Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise, but we also ask that you keep in mind that when you book a session, that time is completely reserved for you, and your therapist will be specially prepared to receive you.

Therefore, in the event of cancellation with less than 60 minutes' notice, the following conditions will apply:

  • New customers: will lose the €22 welcome discount on their first visit.

  • Club Card holders: will not be able to apply the discount to their next session.

  • To reschedule a cancelled appointment under these conditions, 100% of the standard price (€110/€150/€190) must be paid in advance.

  • In the event of a new cancellation, this payment will not be refunded.
